Three babies died and a hundred people went missing, including women and children, during a shipwreck occurred on Friday off the coast of Libya, a new tragedy of irregular migration.   About 120 migrants, mostly from Africa, were aboard a rubber dinghy at the time of the tragedy six kilometers off the Libyan coast, survivors said in the Al-Hmidiya area, 25 km east of the Libyan capital Tripoli. Only the bodies of three babies could be recovered. Other bodies that were floating on the site of the shipwreck could not be recovered, "for lack of means," lamented a Libyan sideguard.   A total of 16 migrants have been rescued and all young men from Yemen, Gambia, Zambia and Sudan.
