Between huge chaotic cities and "silicon villages" the African youth is doing its best to build a better future, says the Franco-Togolese journalist Ayoko Mensah to the official website of the UNESCO.

Africa today has 1.2 billion people, and the population of its cities is expected to double by 2030 to reach 600 million people. In this explosive context, the African youth is full of creativity, organizes, takes initiatives and innovates.
