The Meltwater School of Technology (MEST), considered for many years as the Ghanaian star of incubators for young shoots, is crossing West Africa borders to forge the regional and even continental destiny as well as to identify, train and promote african entrepreneurs. Accra's technology platform, both a school of IT code and a start-up incubator, is opening a subsidiary branch in Abidjan.
