Nigeria: In the north of the country, this old caravan stage, now a megalopolis, is relying on agro-industry to ensure its development.

The governor of Kano wants to make his state - and the eponymous city - a small Nigerian laboratory relying on a specific product: the tomato. The governor of the State Abdullahi Umar ensures "the tomato could be Kano's gold, we have irrigation facilities and a large number of lands".
